Exchange/return conditions

You can exchange the product if: it does not fit in size, appearance, some defect was found.

The main condition for exchange/return is that the product has not been used, and its packaging, labels, properties, presentation and factory tags are preserved.

Exchange and return of goods is carried out in the HRAM store or using the courier service "Novaya Pochta" within 14 days.

Important!

Please note that the following categories of goods are not returnable, regardless of their name on the Internet:

• Tights, socks, stockings;
• Swimsuits, bodysuits
• Underwear: panties, T-shirts, tops, bras;

Exchange/return procedure

You can exchange/return the product to the store where it was purchased, or send it by parcel using the company "Novaya Pochta" in the original packaging.

The delivery address is indicated on the invoice that you received with your order. In case of sending the product, please do not select the "Postpaid" payment method. Parcels sent in this way will be returned to the sender.

When sending, you must indicate the full price of the product.
