Payment and delivery

Goods are shipped after 100% payment of the order to the current account.

Delivery of orders is carried out by Nova Poshta within 14 working days from the date of ordering in several ways:
To the Nova Poshta branch of your choice within 14 working days from the date of ordering.
By Nova Poshta courier to the specified address within 14 working days from the date of ordering at the operator's rates. This delivery method is possible if you pay for the order on the website or if the order value does not exceed UAH 50,000;
To any Nova Poshta post office convenient for you. But please note: if the price of one item you ordered exceeds UAH 10,000, this delivery method becomes unavailable.

Also, you cannot choose a post office as a delivery method if your order contains 4 or more items or if the item belongs to one of the following categories:

- over-the-knee boots

- footwear

- boots

- cossacks

- outerwear.

You can pick up the order yourself in the HRAM space, if the required product is in stock, up to 14 working days from the date of order.
